We have officially passed our ISO Audit for the 14001 and 18001 Certifications. Each of these Certifications are to prove that we have effective and efficient processes and systems in place for Environment and Safety Compliance. Thanks to Tino Velazco for managing and training on this tedious project. Also, we would like to thank Baskar, Michael, and Krishna at Quality Systems Enhancement for assisting in implementing and consulting on this project!
We have had several occasions where an employee does not brew a new pot of coffee after finishing it off. So in efforts to reduce such problematic issues, I have included instructions below on how to brew a fresh pot of coffee with our machine.
Prep: In the cabinet below the coffee machine, take out 1 filter and 1 pre-measured package of caffenated or decaffenated coffee.
1. Pull Filter Holder out, place filter in, then pour pre-measured coffee into the filter. Push the filter holder back in.
2. Lift the top of the coffee canister. You will see a hole where the coffee will pour easily into the hole. Place the canister underneath where the coffee pours out.
3. Push the “Full Brew” button.
You don’t even need to add water!
Voila, you have successfully brewed a fresh pot of coffee. If you have any questions do not hesitate to stop by Human Resources.

Today was all about the Forklift! As fun as they look, it takes skill to handle this bad boys properly. That’s why it is important that we have our yearly forklift certification process. The following candidates passed the rigorous driving and written tests: John Howell, Brandon Downs, Seth Thompson, Scott Reed, Chris Word, David Adams, and myself (don’t look surprised).
